Our goals are to:

  • Invest in People, Not Prisons by promoting investment in housing, social services, education, and families in ways that will promote community strength and decrease a reliance on incarceration.

  • Promote excellence and leadership amongst the formerly incarcerated and recovery community by demonstrating our ability to overcome barriers.

  • Successfully support the reintegration of formerly incarcerated individuals by preparing them pre-release and supporting them during the post release period and beyond;

  • Reduce recidivism by expanding opportunities for formerly incarcerated individuals to become integral members of the community and society;

  • Advocate for justice for all by helping formerly incarcerated communities overcome oppressive and racist systems that have unjustly increased their incarceration rates and advocate for the removal of social and legal barriers to rehabilitation.
